Advice for Finding a Job

I've been receiving recruiters’ messages every day (3-4 times a day) for several weeks now.
That’s because I show up on LinkedIn every day and share content that people find useful in an efficient way (and that second part matters too).
I know finding a job is hard. It has always been hard, and it is even harder today.
I still remember back in 2017, when I was applying for an internship while holding a PhD (and getting rejected).
I landed my first corporate job (as a consultant, well paid, with great people and interesting projects) thanks to LinkedIn, which helped me connect to the right network.
There is a real sense of community here.
So no matter where you are in your career, if you are looking for a job, the most effective approach is simple: show up first.
Then share what you have learned, what you are learning, and what you know (sincerity matters more than you might think).
That is what attracts recruiters to you, and it is far more effective than sending out 10 CVs a day everywhere.
