Learn to Shine

I keep thinking about how work is changing.
The most valuable skill in the future may not be technical expertise itself, but the ability to be seen.
Since AI makes creation much easier and faster, more and more people will be able to operate as solopreneurs, build small businesses, and sell services or products directly.
And many technical tasks done on computers can already be automated or replaced by AI.
That is why I believe the real advantage is shifting.
The lesson for young people is simple: whatever you learn, learn how to stand out and shine.
A few things matter here:
- Know how to sell what you do, not just do it.
- Learn how to market yourself clearly and consistently.
- Build visibility around your work, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.
- Treat communication as a core skill, not an accessory.
- Remember that marketing is timeless, and likely to matter even more in an AI-driven world.
Technical skills matter.
But in a crowded market, the people who can make their value visible will have a much easier time making a living.
What are you doing today to make your work easier to notice?
