Everyone Is Given a Gift

I used to think success came from finding the right strategy.
Then I watched people win by doing something much simpler.
They knew what they were good at, and they showed it clearly.
The lesson: your gift is not meant to be hidden; it is meant to be made visible.
That applies to all of us. There is no hierarchy of gifts. A talent is a talent, whether it is technical, creative, relational, or something as simple as having a presence people trust. The value comes from expressing it well.
If you want to do that in practice:
- Identify the work that feels natural to you, but creates value for others.
- Stop waiting for permission to be “qualified enough” to share it.
- Make your gift visible through your work, your words, and your consistency.
- Let people see the result of what you do well.
- Use that visibility to influence, teach, and guide others to do the same.
That is what I believe real growth looks like.
Not chasing every tactic.
Not copying someone else’s path.
Just knowing what you carry, and learning how to show it.
What is the gift you’ve been underestimating?
